@fmernagh I agree with you completely! I am also an adopted child however for me to find my birth family is rather hard since i was born in Chile, and I only know the name of my mother. If i hadnt been adopted i would have been living poorly and with little education and health.

This is a crime against humanity--the state mandated kidnapping of children. In the 50s, 60s, and 70s, Young White mMothers, young Native American Mothers, and First Nations Mothers in the United States and Canada were forced to give up their children. It has caused so much pain for the young women, who were forced to surrender their children as well the people who adopted them.

@maggiebridget09 I have a letter from my birthmom. She did not want to give me up and told me repeatedly to look for her. She said she was not in a safe situation at the time, and so I had to go. I know more, but I'm gonna put it on the internet.

Adoption is given a very bad name by Cafcass, Local Adoption Agencies and very corrupt Councils - it is 'sick' that Adoption Agencies get pay off's for splitting children up from their birth families - and remember most Adoption Agencies are part of the Councils. Thousands of children are moved away from very loving parents and family members, these few who practice this are some very sick, sad individuals, and those who get affected, NEVER FORGET!!

My family was recently reunited with my Mother's First Born. It took 43 years for our miracle to happen, but we were blessed so much more because of it. The gratifulness and love we shared is another gift to my big sister's adopting parents, we thank them for treasuring her and preserving her as the gift our mother always intended her to be.
