I used to work in a starbucks drivethru.... and I still remember to this day a woman who paid 13.87 cents in pennies, nickles and dimes. It is amazing the things people do in washington. You remind me of why I miss working there though, starbucks hires so many cuties. :)

Sure crazy driver, go ahead and cut across 3 lanes of traffic 50 feet from the stop light and go into the turning lane that goes into the shopping plaza. I mean, u-turns haven't been invented yet, so go ahead. *sigh*
i've worked for starbucks for about 5 years and let me tell you...everthing in this video is 100% accurate :) but there are more annoying things now then there was back in 2007. I hate when people make me reload their stupid gold card WITH JUST $5 every freakin time them come in! it holds up the line and makes me want to strangle them :)

I get paid to make quality drinks and be knowledgeable about our coffees so to ensure an excellent visit for our customers, and speaking for myself I love that part about being a barista and the majority of customers are actually generally pleasant and happy to be there because they love Starbucks and what we do.

I thank my lucky stars every day that our store doesn't have a drive-thru! But we deal with the rich valley girl types and the completly removed from reality.

You know, if it wasn't so true, it would be hilarious. All that stuff friggin annoys me. Especially the customers on their cellphone. They make you feel like you are interupting them. Great video. 5/5
