If you listen to the lyrics it's really the definition of stalking, "i'll follow your bus downtown, see who's hanging out, I'll wait till the lights are all out," It's literally about stalking someone and it has that creepy quality to it that a stalker song should have. The Police song is too romantic and passive-agressive to be THE stalker song.
