  • @BettyCrockerTV Hi...I've made ganache before using chocolate chips, but it took a fairly long time (10-20 minutes) to stir until it was fully combined, and when it was finally done, the ganache seemed too thin. Any way of telling what I did wrong?

***Please answer soon, my friend has a baby due in a month and she loves ganache, I really want to bake her a cake with ganache drizzled over on top when the baby is born.

    Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

  • @hotdog1997 You can use ganache—you should use a fairly firm ganache and keep it refrigerated to keep it firm. You might want to check out bakerella [dot] com for lots more information about cake pops. Hope this helps!

  • Thank you so much, I feel so smart now! This was a great video

  • Thanks soo much!

can I just mircowave the cream?

  • @kellyandmew Kristen from the Betty Crocker Kitchens just sent me a reply to your comment: "Yes! I would put it in a medium microwave safe bowl and microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds to 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds until the cream is heated and steaming but NOT boiling. Then just add in the chocolate chips and let it stand for a few minutes until the chocolate is melted. Then just stir to bring it all together. " Hope this helps! Sincerely, Cate
