  • and 1.36, this is insane :) :)

  • De Niro looks at the camera 00.57 :) :)

  • todays breakfast is chirizo and eggs. Its scrambled eggs with mexican sausage and it come with hash browns n toast. We won't be having that thank you. LOL

  • Well,I saw this film about 50 times, than I got sick of it and took a long break. But now I feel I would like to see it again.I'm too stunned when I see every scene. This is for sure my number 1 movie of all times.

  • I watched some of the bus scenes being filmed, at the old Trailways bus station in Chicago. Nice memory !

  • sorry dude

  • "marvin watch out! BOOM" hahaha

  • tehcno with midnight run, like why,

  • @JeVoudrais12 Yeah, I know - it was a phase I was going through at the time....ah well ;)

  • Hey! Where is DeNiro's "SHUT - THE - FUCK - UP!!" XDD

  • @KrzywySTEFAN It was there check out 1:45 lol

  • MIDNIGHT RUN came to theatres on July 20,1988 and continued playing thru mid-October. How could anyone say this was a box-office disappointment? The film might have gotten mixed reviews.

  • 2:50 was the best. it wouldn't have been nearly as funny if he didn't get that idiot twice before with the same trick lol!

  • Great flick. A classic!

  • Charles Groden where has he been? What a tremendous actor! Way underrated..

  • A GREAT film ! ; funny the whole way through with such a good script and top notch acting. Well made. Not as funny if you see it edited for bad language although thats only part of the fun

  • hey scumbag today is ur lucky day..

    why is that?

    shut up LMAO

  • Thanks for ruining these scenes with the music.

  • @flogbag both of you shut the fucck up

  • @flogbag no fuck u, now go fix the problem and re upload them without the music cunthead.

  • @flogbag Hey, I like that reply. :-))) It's in the spirit of the movie, like a man in the very beginning:

    - Did you give me any trouble?

    - Fuck you maaaaan!!!

    :-)))))

  • Does anyone know what happened to Richard Fonoji? he plyed the older mob guy tony darvo chasing De'niro across the country havent seen him in any movies in like 10 years? did he pass? retire? does anyone know thanks he also played in Calitos Way as Pete the old mob friend of Pacinos character.

  • @OEKCVB Richard Foronjy aka Tony Darvo is still alive...but looks as if he's retired, he hasn't been on the screen since 2001.

  • @Emil308 Thank you i did look on the movie imfo yes last movie in 2001 he used to live in Lake Forest California its a sleepy town about 80 miles south of Los Angeles im a plumbler and happened to get a job at its house he was home he was very kind to me, i told hin i was a big fan of his work in Serpico he thanked me did the job had lunch with him his wife made me a sandwich, i really liked talin to him he was so cool he told me DeNiro was a great guy maybe a studio can help me? Thanks for imfo

  • @OEKCVB Cool story...but what did you mean in your last sentence when you said "maybe a studio can help me?" Didn't get that part.

  • @Emil308 I was thinkin maybe callin Universal who made this movie and see if they know what happened to him? or maybe a letter to some of the other actors in the biz maybe they know? i heard that a 2nd Midnight Run is in the works have you heard anything abt that? Grodins still alive and the bails bond also the mob boss Farina is still around they should do a sequel what do you think??

  • @Emil308 I was thinkin maybe callin Universal who made this movie and see if they know what happened to him? or maybe a letter to some of the other actors in the biz maybe they know? i heard that a 2nd Midnight Run is in the works have you heard anything abt that? Grodins still alive and the bails bond also the mob boss Farina is still around they should do a sequel what do you think??

  • @OEKCVB I don't understand what you're saying, what happened to WHO?? Richard Foronjy? If that's who you mean he's probably retired man, he hasn't done anything in 10 yrs. And he probably at home where you did that plumbing job for him. And yes I did hear that a 2nd Midnight Run is in the works although I heard that Grodin won't be in it. Grodin is 76 yrs old now, pretty sure he's retired too, hasn't done anything in 6 yrs. It would be cool to see a sequel, but everyone is just so old now.

  • @Emil308 Sydney is still alive and Farina they could have it where they kidnap Diniros daughter and the Duke and Diniro have to rescue her and have the gang back in cameos like the guy who said " how about some donuts? and bail bond guy back and of course Mosley FBI since its a kidnappin what do you think?

  • @OEKCVB they're all still alive, but u don't make a movie just cause all the characters are still alive. Yeah they're all alive, but every one is OLD now. The movie doesn't look so good when there are a bunch of seniors running around. All the characters were in their late 40's and early 50's when MR was made in 88. Now add 23 yrs later, that makes them all seniors by now. It would be cool to see, but in the end I don't see a Part 2 happening.

  • I had never heard of this movie, but a friend mentioned it since I'm on this De Niro craze lately. I loved every second of the movie; never a dull moment.

Thanks for putting up your favorite clips.

  • fistaphobia.."these things go down...they go down!!" lol

  • Great movie, great scenes, but why do we need this stupid music in the backgound???

  • "Are you gonna propose?" best fucking deniro movie ever!!

  • Where is "look up Dorfler in the Rolodex under D for Djerk!"?

  • @laiosto, yeah! It was the best line in the movie! Joe Pantoliano, priceless!

  • gotta love Marvin at 4:00, a classic line and a perfect way to have that ever annoying person on the airplane sleep through the flight.

  • best damn movie!

  • My Names Carmine...Fucko!!!!!!!!

  • ..at 1:53 its funny scene with Sydney's reflection in mirror after his boss tells him not to say a word to him.

  • awww yes, bounty hunters, bail bondsmen, the mob.....One of my favorite DeNiro films.......ThanX you for this UpLoad..Great Job. :)

  • Awesome! Great scenes from the film. Love this movie :)

  • best scenes? you forgot "did you give me any trouble?" "FUCK YOU MAAAAAN''

  • Man, they are so witty and sharp in this, makes me jealous a little.

  • Claustraphobia? Your'e gonna suffer from Fist-a-phobia! These things go down, it's too big it can't go up! Are you doing the Litmus configuration?

  • So why are you so unpopular with the Chicago Police Department?

  • hey sidney have a glass a milk eat a sandwich relax ~ now that's funny shiite!

  • i wish u had Grodin's impersonation of DeNiro when they're on the train towards the end of the movie.

Jack? WHAT?! How much longer do--SHUT THE FUCK UP

  • its like the most underrated movie

  • very nice compilation.

  • Easily Yes!

  • One of the most underrated movies in history of film art

  • @MastaSplintah

Completely agree, this was an awesome movie, I saw it when it first came out.

  • love this movie

  • Where am I? I'm in Boise, Idaho; no, no, no, wait a minute: I'm in Anchorage, Alaska. No, no, wait: I'm in Casper, Wyoming; I'm in the lobby of a Howard Johnson's and I'm wearing a pink carnation

  • Marvin! SMASH!

  • "What, do we know each other?"

  • You missed the part where the guy gets hand cuffed to the police car by De NIro and the police come and hes like "you gonna stand ther with your thumb up your ass? Or you gonna get me the fuck out of here?? LOL ...Todays your lucky day, why is today my lucky day? SHUT UP LOL....miss these older 80s/90s movies, they really knew how to make films back then...especially with Beverly Hills cop and Police Academy

  • I love Midnight Run.

It is a funny movie. You are right

  • ...thanks...my friends think I am nuts when I say that this is one of the funniest movies....love DeNiro in this and Charles Grodin..."they're were some really good looking chickens..."

  • u aint nuts but I no wot u mean none of my mates think its funny either whereas I love it.........

  • Loved the video! The best one-liner compilation I have ever seen. It made me realize once again how brilliant the movie is.

  • illusions. illusions ? illusions.

  • The Cafe scene at the 2:19 time frame was at a Cafe in Globe AZ. The next clip with the helo was about a block from the cafe in Globe! The last that I heard about this Cafe,....It was closed! Nice people and good food!

  • Great compilation! Love the background song.

  • love this movie

  • Why is Robert DeNiro apprehending Beethoven's owner?

  • You're an ass.

  • DeNiro would have been perfect doing that to the guys who ran the animal shelter Beethoven was at.

  • This great film is under-rated for sure and I WISH this movie's BLOOPERS & OUT-TAKES were available - can ya just imagine the two of these guys?!?!??! Probably even funnier than the film!!

  • One of the most underrated unknown movies of all time. Nobody in my circle ever heard of it, yet when they watch it they love it. The F word runs rampant like it does in Sopranos, priceless.

  • Yep I could`nt agree more...this film does`nt get the credit it truly deserves..and I also would love to get my hands on Jack Walshs` leather jacket..

  • yep...love this movie myself. One of the best in the 80's and also one of de niros best but u'r right that not many know about it.

  • WTF did you add this shitty music in the background? This doesn't fit at all...

  • do not agree, I find the background music superbe and very well edited to the scenes

  • thanks rudhouse ;)

  • Great film! Nice work with the editing.

  • Great job, although I could have done without the background music. One major oversight. You left out THE best line of the movie. One me and my friends quote ALL THE TIME. What is it? This:

I mean I knew you had money, but I didn't know you HAD money.

  • I only watched this film for the first time a few weeks ago... I am so glad I did.

It's totally endearing, the script flows impeccably and it just hits all the right spots.

    Brilliant.

*sighs* (in a good way) :)

  • Bar none my favorite movie.

Back to School with Dangerfield is an oldie but goodie as well.

  • Comment removed

  • This is my favorite movie of all time! I swear, I think most of the dialogue between DeNiro and Grodin was improvised - they probably took the script and tore it up! The bus scenes especially were most likely improv'd. You didn't show it here, but there is one part on the bus where Grodin keeps nagging DeNiro to put out his cigarette, and DeNiro eventually can't think of anything to say, then he bursts out laughing and says, "What a pain in the ass this guy is!" Absolute Gold!!!

  • 1:57 - 2:14 is my favorite part of the whole movie! ahhaha

  • i find violence, cussing, and talking bad to each other funny

  • Heck yeah! Great choice of clips!

  • If you don't cooperate, you're going to suffer from fistophobia!

One of my favorite lines, ever!!

  • these things go down....these things go down......awesome movie...seen about 15 times

  • What about the end where he asks the cab driver if he has change for a thousand? "Looks like I'm walkin"

  • You left the best part! What the cab driver says after he asked if he has change for a thousand. The cab driver says"what are you, a comedian? Get out of here you bum!"

  • One of the best couples in movie history!!!!!

  • When director Martin Brest rejected the idea, Paramount suggested teaming De Niro up with Robin Williams, who became eager to get the role and offered to audition for Brest. However, Brest was impressed by Charles Grodin's audition with De Niro. The director felt that there was a real chemistry between the two actors. As a result, Paramount backed out and their UIP partner Universal Studios became interested in the project.

  • Good info Ramaz. I love this movie and know it by heart.

Glad they chose the "Hop-a-long Chesccede" scene here. My fav.

  • Paramount Pictures was originally interested in backing Midnight Run, but they wanted a big name star opposite De Niro in order to improve the film's chances at the box office. Their production executives suggested that the Mardukas character be changed to a woman and wanted Cher for the role in the hope she would provide some "sexual overtones".

  • Marvin!

Make sure you talk in the microphone!

There's another great line: Trains stop at train stations. That's where people are supposed to get off. (something like that)

I love this movie, very underated I think. A little bit like "Married to the mob".

  • Brilliant script

    Brilliant actors

    Brilliant direction

  • I love this movie!

Great job by doing this video.

"here comes two words for you: shut the f*ck up" :)

  • "Smoking or Non-Smoking?"

    "Take a Wild Guess"

    LOL

  • eddy, dont start with me, i shoot him and dump him in the fucking swim .lol

  • i saw this film( god,, i dont know how many times),,,one of the best one from R D...ITS better a be a good news f*** jack , cause u ve got 5 hours left,no its not i just call to tell u , u r a dead mother f***......

  • In this film the word "Fuck" is uttered 119 times, no less. The runtime of the film is 126 minutes, so if we divide 126 by 119...ohhhh, hey!...one "fuck" per minute!

Other than that, this is one of the most hilarious films I´ve ever watched..pure entertainment!

  • DeNiro is the big surprise in this movie...Grodin is a skilled comedic actor, but DeNiro is equally great!

  • I now love this movie. My dad told me about it and surprisingly I've never seen it before. So he ordered it online and we watched it 2 days ago. I laughed every 2 minutes. Robert DeNiro does an awesome job!

  • Found this in my favorits, have no ide how it got there. I got to keep better track on who I let near my notebook!

  • 2:31....LMAO ! eh Ton? habalon casadisce. Ya got your camera? Take a picture. lol. i would love to translate that.

  • I thought it was: "Hey Tony, Hopalong Cassidich. Get your camera, take a picture!" - a reference to Hopalong Cassidy, the cinema cowboy.

  • ohhhhhhhhhh, im a dummy. HAHAH that makes it even funnier now.

  • But it's hard to understand. I didn't work it out for ages. "He ain't mad at me, is he?" LOL

  • best film ever

  • この映画最高だったね

  • That's easy for you to say!

  • He reckons: "This movie was the best"

  • not incld here, but how 'bout when the marvin, jack and the duke are in dorfler's car w/ the helicopter chasing them.

automatic rifles blast out the car's rear window & the 3 of them are screaming. dorfler goes, 'they're gaining on us!' duke screams, 'they're flying, of course they're gaining on us!'

1 of those ones great lines you miss the first time thru but you catch during the repeated views.

grodin. so good in this flick, but so was everybody else. everyone single character.

  • Great film!

  • Kick ass sequence to a kick ass movie. Great job.

  • robert deniro is the man

  • Duke: Are you doing the litmus configuration?

    Jack: limus configurruration

haha anybody else notice the way jack stumbles on configuration? great movie..the lines make it so funny...lets go hank

  • I luuurrrv this movie!!! Just now ordered it for keeps from amazon.

  • what a trooper ......... you and all your millions lol.... besttt

  • Marvin Look!!!!! ;-) My Favorit Film

  • LOL, and then he refuses to look when they're in the airport.

  • 2:06... I will shoot him and I will dump him in the F*ing SWAMP!!! I love that shake of the head just after - fabulous - makes me laugh every time.

  • Hey, kara1464, I never noticed that before!

  • Oh hey.. I've seen this that many times... fabulous movie.. timing's fantastic and I love the relationship between the two of them. Excellent movie.

  • i watched this movie at least 100 times, one of my favorites.

  • That beats my record, I'd say I've seen it 10 to 15 times. Easily my favourite film, might watch it again tonight! :D

  • Quite somly one of the best movies EVER

  • "Fear of Flying, you son of a bitch" - classic. One of the best (and under-rated comedies) ever!!!

  • ROBERT De NIRO ROCKS!

  • Great choice of the classic lines. They're all there, including the killer "...I'm gonna have a nice hot meal..." What a script. Good work.

  • loose the back ground music be better

  • learn to spell be better

  • Saw it in the theatre when it was first released. Loved it then and love it now! Never get tired of it and never will.

  • Its a great movie...very under rated.

  • i thought it was only me that liked this film! My fav scene is on the coach, when grodin just keeps pestering and hassling deniro- cracks me up every time!

  • This movie was shot in my house! I'm not even playing either! But you guys probably won't believe me xD

    but I am being serious.

  • Are you in Chicago or New York?

  • I love this movie !!

dont get tyred of watching it !!

  • I'LL BURY THIS PHONE IN YOUR HEAD".....classic line

  • Marvin is such a dummy

  • Man, if anyone will post Serrano's "I'm gonna get on a plane and blow-torch the both of youz!" clip, they will be my hero.

  • I can't bear how hot DeNiro is in this film.

  • absolute classic. the funniest bit in the film is straight after Jack steals the FBI badge off Alonso. He doesn't even say anything, he's walkin down the street with his back to the camera and all of a sudden swivels around and flashes the badge like he's a big hotshot. I nearly pissed myself laughin. Can someone post this clip?!!

  • Damn! I shoulda put that one in...

  • Me too, me too, this scene is great indeed!!!

  • Thank God Martin Brest gave us this classic before he entered the "Gigli" zone! He hasn't made a movie since!

  • uiruiit

  • the funniest part is when DeNiro is on the phone with Eddie "Eddie, don't start with me now, or I will shoot him and dump him in a fucking swamp!!!" and then shakes his head at grodin, reassuringly.

  • yeah ,thats my favorite part too because grodin thought he was serious lol!!!!

  • How can you make the best scenes and not include the line 'YOU GUYS COULDN'T EVEN DELIVER A BOTTLE OF MILK!!!' ahaha. I love this movie. <3

  • Wonderful movie, nice scenes but why didn't you use the great soundtrack of the movie? It would have made the clip so much better.

  • Good point, and politely made.

  • what in da hell is a LITMUS CONFIGURATION LOL!!!!!!!!!!!

  • here comes two words fa u ,SHUT DA FUCK UP!!!

  • my favourite film of all time

  • Damn, this is one of my favorite movies too,i watched it about 100 times in my life, its not only my favorite but i think its one of the best movies of all time, because its action, comedy ,and a lil drama and at timea a lil emotional, luv da shit out dis movie.

  • Great movie! Forgot my fav scene:

-We are driving now, we had to scrap the bus

-Fuck the bus, what happened to the goddamn plane

    -He doesn't like to fly

-He doensn't like to fly, what the fuck does that mean? Listen Jack, you got 2 and 1/2 fuckin days, a half million dollars of my money, what the fuck is going on down there!

  • My favourite bit is the phone call Jack makes to Eddie from the FBI office, that starts with "I'm calling to let you know you're a dead motherfucker, you understand me!" and has Eddie knocking the handset on the desk and then says to Jack "Are you done yet?" whilst Jack is swearing his head off...

  • EDDIE,EDDIE ,dont start wit me or i'll shoot him and dump him in da fuckin swamp.......

  • This movie rocks it is one of my top 5 of all time! Great clips and that is only like 1/2 of the great ones.

  • My Fav movie, absolute genius acting by de niro and grodin I never get tired watch'n it, thanx guys for puttn the clips together. Nick Dublin Ireland.......... ps "how can you be molesey when i'm molesey" alonso that is!!!!!!!!

  • Where's Charles Grodin?, what about him?, the last time I saw him was in that crap movie dog 'Beethoven'!

  • What his current portfolio looks like doesn't change the fact that he was far better (for this particular role) than Robin Williams would've been.

You're right, though. Maybe Grodin should be signing on for ground-breaking films like RV. Maybe then he'd warrant more respect.

  • Can´t get your point?, you mean Grodin sucks or Grodin rules?
