This is a very nice music video. The comic is nice, but it's just standard "reverse world" stuff, the villains aren't very interesting. These designs have the potential to be epic characters, on par with the Rowdyruff Boys.

I don't think they do come out on the show, I don't really know. I do know that they come out in the comic book tho, but I don't know where to find it, sorry.
@LexyM3 If my information is correct, the Powerpuff Girls Movie was originally supposed to be a new PPG episode with them in it, but the company decided to make the PPG Movie instead (I can see their logic behind that to a degree, they haven't touched the series in forever so it wouldn't have made sense to make a new episode for it, but a movie can come out at any time) They should have used the PPkG in it them.
