Russia wasn't calling the US a failed state when we provided you with food and economic aid in the 90's you worthless parasites : ). Russia will actually be a failed state "when" the price of oil and gas falls your only industry that provides for your economy. You don't make anything, you don't invent anything and all your top scientist have left the country. So sit back and drink your vodka : ).
