If u don't have the extract file go into camtasia (open project) and right click on the video you created which should be on the left and press extract. :)

and the program gave me a .wav separate audio file

Actually it's not THAT easy, Windows 7 doesn't have the extract option.

BTW, If you DO have Windows 7, Here is what to do...Open up your Camtasia project, Go into the file bin, right-click on the camrec file and select "Extract camrec contents, then just choose a folder to extract it....It's THAT easy.

If you people don't have extract as an option, open it with your 7Zip or WinRAR by just selecting open file under both those programs, after opening there will be a whole bunch of files, extract the only AVI file you'll see there, it's your video

I edited a video that I recorded only camera and sound with, and added a sound clip to it as well, and edited it was Camtasia Studio, and saved it.

There is no option to save it as WVA, or anything except CAMREC. When I right-click on it, there is no option to extract.
