this is the wrong way, you have to snap with your heels, and in the beginning, you have to put your weight on the foot from wich the heel is up, and than slide with your other foot (just whole on the floor but no weight on it) to the back, than snap.. than is the foot you just slided with up, and so you change, and again, and again ;)
