It's just intro music and not that bad of a copy, is that musical score copyrighted to Rygar, by the way? Maybe it was owned by a private producer of music like this... idk
although dr jekyll and mr hyde has only 2(3) music clips i like dr jekyll and mr hyde music better. and yeah, i know they kinda sound the same with the drum beats ^^
Not sure how this relates, but the music on the US Rygar cart was changed drastically from the original Japanese cart (Argus no Senshi)'s music. Not sure why it was done, either...
With the combined tracks, it sounds strange and mysterious in a creepy sort of way...

Huh. I was usually too absorbed in HATING JEKYLL & HYDE SO MUCH THAT I WANT TO DESTROY HALF THE PLANET to notice the ripped off music. Nice eye/ear.

Hasuya did the music to these two games, as well as Clash at Demonhead, Golgo 13: Top Secret Episode, Conflict, and a few other NES games.

Well Rygar was released in 1987.
And Dr. Jekyll was released in 1988.
I think you can figure out which is the copy...
