no.... the scale shape is the same..the only thing thats different is the position of the scale based on where the root note is... if you were to play E minor pentatonic...it would be at the 12th fret.. same scale pattern applies

The pentatonic scale pattern is the same for each key. Only positioned higher or lower. But the shapes stay the same.
