This was one of my favorite DOS games, it's one of those underrated classics that deserves a sequel or a remake or something. That announcer dude's voice was annoying though.

I have the game running under Win XP, but I have a problem... I got no sound at all! Playing the game under DosBox or just under WinXP... no sound either... please help me!!

yeh it wont have, some msdos games running in dosbox have to run streaming music from the cd in the .cue file.

there might be a way around it. but i've had that problem playing rayman 1 in dosbox. even after trying to stream the sounds from the cd.

Hey guys, could someone please help me out? I am looking for one old game for years now. It was kinda like Adventure/Action game, and you ware flying around with a flying machine, similar to one in this game ( With the spinning turbine in the middle). To make things more detailed: there was huge bugs and insects, and you ware flying around on a small planet, i think it also had a minimap too. you could also pick up stuff like people and items. and you could fly around the small planet. Thanks!

No, that one was 3D. The graphics was, i think pretty much like PSOne or Saturn era like. some characters ware 2d sprites, and all the 3d objects ware low poly models.

The first part of the video showing the gameplay is great, but why do so many companies think that showing fixed camera angle instant replay footage is a good way to show off a racing game? I don't want to staged replays, I want to see what the actual gameplay is like.

Oh man - me and a friend used to go head to head in Slipstream. We'd race for countless hours hehe. Eventually we both became so good at it that even the slightest mistake would seal our doom and lose that race.
