@shenuka20 well technicly you CAN go straight from the bar to the army warehouse but you are then skipping a lot of the story which you will have to do eventually. but anyways yea you can steal your fisrt sniper if u help duty clense the freedom base

you can get snipes in the freedom base but you need to kill some guys in the towers

and there are weapons modded for sniper fire.

but if you need a free sniper can be used with full auto you need a vintar wich you can find in the freedom base in one of the more brokendown buildings
