  • I do a similar thing to a fatty, stuffing a london broil with sausage, onions, peppers and garlic. To hold it together, I staggar strips of thick cut bacon, maybe you could use bacon to hold it together. But great vidoe none the less.

  • Hey smokinhornsbbq,Just got to your comment. Those are 3, 3/4 inch black iron pipe couplings, welded in to the drum. Screwed in 3 inch nipples with pipe 2, 3/4 inch pipe caps. The front nipple has a 3/4 brass ball valve on it. I can run this with 1 pipe cap off, and throttle the vale to mantain my 225 degree temp. Hope thats helpfull.
