  • thats sad not in the bad way

  • cooooool

  • They arent forced to become Christians, people help them and tell them that they are doing this because they are precious and made by God who loves them. Thats why they love them too. Some chose not to eccept Christ :( But its worth the travel if one person finds Christ. Thats one precious soul that now has eternal life.

If you go to these places, the culture hasnt changed, they live the same way except they are happier and have God

  • Btw, on mission trips, even if they do not become Christians they are still given whatever the missionaries brought. They just teach while or after giving medical or other help. They do keep their culture, but they have a relationship with God. They are given what they need, and are told that the reason that people are doing this for her is because they know God made her and loves her, so they love her too. <3 and its true

  • May Creator bless the poor families of Orissa, India!

  • its excelent they are helping people!!:)One thing i dont understand is why they have to convert them while they are at it Let them stay in their cultural values while helping them. They should get help without having to convert unwillingly. if they convert because they want to that is great but if they convert not because of the religion but because of other things thats good and bad in its own way.Smiles:)

  • That's the reason they're their. They've been mandated with The Great Commission by Christ to preach the gospel throughout the world. When we take the gospel to the nations, if we find them destitute of daily food or clothing, we also have to provide that. We are being obedient to the Lord.

  • @sistermitzi We must also remember not to be so hard on our Muslim brothers and sisters as they also have the same obligation to spread the word of Allah.

  • I go to India on tuesday Nov 28th for six weeks [ return 13 jan]. I planned it after watching this video.

Now dont get me wrong cause I am a Christian myself, just not one that will never question the faith or the bible as it has been slightly tainted by the hand of man.

I think it is a shame that people give money and help in return for the kids learning christianity. It seems it is not often that people will give just because it is the right thing to do.

  • What can I say? WHO IS REALLY HAPPY? Hardship is one thing unhappiness is another. Changing a culture is very dangerous. The result is a mongrul of a culture in between. Sad thing is good people do a very wrong thing inthe name of good.

  • its so sad that we are just sitting here in our air conditiond homes when there are people dieing from the heat and malneutrition. what will u do to help?

  • very nice feature

  • why does she talk with a happy, weird, sly, & also bitchy voice. It contradicts the theme of the story. & sounds like a computer voice. I hate that. Then at around 3:23 I realized that those were the christian "missionaries" & that they go to third world countries change the kids to christianity to feel better for themselves. I hate those people. whatever happened to religious choice.

  • The state of Orissa is not in North East India

  • Wonderful insight into others lives. Well done. What a beautiful family.
