$385??? Do these people live in Beverly Hills? Where I live you can get new springs installed and have everything inspected and adjusted for $180. I did the job myself for about half the cost, mainly because I needed it done tonight and I wanted it done right. I'm not falling for the "trained" professionals only scare tactic. It ain't rocket science.

$385 for springs?!!! You know you can feel safe and have your door fixed without being completely ripped off. Boy that Angie's List thing is really working hard to find it's members about the worst deal ever.

agreed. yeah, she's shameless. another bizarre attempt to have folks "hire pro's" her paid subscribers recommend. when I need advice from faceless non-DIY type folks I've never met, I can get plenty of it -free- right here on the net, without lining "angie's" pockets...in the process
