1957年的香港還處在英國統治之下，怎麼會使用大清律例？想一­想吧！？英國怎麼會等到1957年才開始使用其法律條文？殖民地­下的典章條文都是在五到十年內公佈，怎麼還會等到都殖民一半才開­始去negotiate香港人民去接受英國法？
