I don't know about the writtings of Khaldun but it is true that Arab descandants sometimes have had prejudices towards berbers and the Arabs looked in the past at the Tuaregs as savages. What I am trying to do is just point out the potential bias that might exist in certain texts because they should'nt always be seen as fact.

You are right again, people forget that what they see today as different peoples and races took shape over thousands of years and that things are as complex as life itself. As for the exodus resulting from Roman action I think that in the case of Asia it has more validity (Iranian and Indian Jews) whereas in the case of Africa it has been more limited and myths (upcoming videos) have taken the place of fact.
