Now its really strange but I've been thinking how to repeatedly hear this wonderful un struck sound , Thia is the 'Word " refered to in the Bible the Aum or the sound of creation ,ever since i heard it in deep meditation and mind dissolved ,time stopped and it was so saturating so peaceful that i cried tears of blood when the experience didn't repeat its self . Now i can hear it any time , Thanks a million . Say do you meditate .?

I remember when I first started to experience that several weeks ago...it was weird for sure, and frankly it gets much weirder if your experience is like mine, but this weirdness is part of an incredible awakening process (btw, "weird" here isn't meant to be negative). I try to let these waves and vibrations flow as freely as possible, but it can get intense...

Okay, I need some assistance. When you do Chakra meditations like these, do they have to be in a specific order? And is it the same as Awakening Kundalini?

Tail > Genital > Navel > Heart > Throat > Third-Eye > Crown

smartuncleji9192: These are naturally though your body. You don't need to be in any meditative state if you so chose. Of course if you are, it can heighten their effect on your energy. Often times I play them at work if I feel a blockage while I'm doing other things. Specially if I have a meeting or presentation. I just feel them. :) Hope it helps you!

YES! I am so glad the sounds for the seven chakras are on Youtube. I had a very hard time aquiring all of them in MP3. These meditations changed my life. Honestly. Over the course of a month all the energy in my body shifted. I still feel different.
