Actually its just those led lights sucks. At my local Sam's CLub they sold member's mark led lights and they were just as bright if not brighter than regular lights. Honestly though you can be a good old classic tree filled with Hallmark ornaments.

I like the combination of blue, white, and silver. Blue is such a striking color and still fits the "wintery" theme. That tree wouldn't have died if it had a little more color. The amount of birch tree branches was a little much, but otherwise the tree was nice.
