You can be fooled all you want by what these politicians say but that first guy said exactly what's in the bill...an 'advisory board made up of actuaries and accountants'.
You can call them whatever you want but they are indeed 'death panels'.
The solution is: Hills/Burton-standard for maxmizing the number of hospital beds per ratio, doctors, nurses and equipment.
No 'cost-effectiveness' crap to 'save money' for tax payers to divert to more bail outs for Goldman Sucks and JP Morgan!
