Now I understand why Jon doesn't play rarities or any other great songs here in the U.S. How many of you have realized that he doesn't start singing right away because he wants to hear THE CROWD say "IT'S ALL THE SAME"!.. Arrrgghhh.... how depressing must that be! Being on stage and hearing nothing...
