STOP fooling yourself. There is no such a thing called "Khuruj" just by practicing a public criticism to such a corrupted regim e like the Saudi government. What you are saying is only in the Saudi Isalm not the pure Islam of Mohamad Blessing & Peace be upon him. If an individual or a government practices any sort of "Haram" in public, it has to be criticised in public to clarify that to ordinary people. If the ruler does something personal, then you advise him secretly !

And one more thing, If you want to learn the correct "Manhaj" in dealing with rulers in the circle of Islam, don't learn it from Saudi scholars. They are good in everything except politics and dealing with rulers. When it comes to the Saudi ruler, they are the worst to listen to.

Well it was by Khuruj on Ibn Al Rasheed which was the appointed governor of the Arabic Peninsula by the Ottoman Empire which was a legitimate Islamic Caliphate and Ibn Saud didn't just criticized Ibn Al Rasheed, IBN SAUD FOUGHT IBN AL RASHEED.

So who is the original Khuarij?

You are absolutely right. I cannot disagree with this strong point. If you want to embarras one of the hypocrite scholars and corner him, ask him such a question. However, nobody would get a chance to ask this specific question. Because if you try ask it on the phone to one of the programs they will come and arrest you immediately.
