Hale is Turkish thus she has turkish bellydance in her blood.However, I think she is well aware of other styles too. So don't be so negative about everything she does!

Everyone has its own style. Hale is turkish so she has got the turkish bellydance in her blood. However though she aware of other bellydance styles too (like the egyptian one etc.)

The title of this video is pretty misleading I suppose. Hale may be of Turkish heritage but the style of belly dancing here and music used is totally Arabic. I'm a belly dancer of Turkish origin and I am well versed in both the styles. It's good to see dancers trying different styles though and not just sticking to one particular genre...

I agree, I think her style is more Lebanies or Syrian, But that is just a personal view point. But Like wise I think she is Fantastic whatever her style.

This music is on a CD by Mokhtar al Said and the bellydancer Jahlilah. I guess the one in this clip is the Turkish version of it. :-)

She is an excellent dancer. But the title totally turkish does not apply. There are many who don't appreciate Turkish style. But that does not mean that it should be eradicated. Greetings from Lewes Delaware
