i have found the 4000 grit wheel is hard to get knives sharp,, well really sharp using the jig.
have a go with the wheel rotating away from the edge and without the jig. and just freehand the existing bevel picking the angle up a bit at the end to really hit the edge. you will notice the difference right away.
Lol I get WAY sharper edges than this using my own two hands, and I do it in less time.

1. The tormek is not ideal because the wheel diameter is too small.
2. looks like he needs to flatten the wheel.
3. Haven't tried it, but I heard the leather wheel works very well. You could always use leather by hand too..for much cheaper.
