Shut up about the gloves. Those gloves are the biggest illusion of food safety. Chefs do not wear them at work. You do not wear them at home. Basic hand washing and sanitary conditions are all that's needed. I would prefer people NOT wear them when making my food because a lot of FS workers get relaxed about cleanliness. I see people at Subway put them on, grab my bread, grab the cheese, then grab every dirty surface in the store, then come back and finish my sandwich.

i like my pepperoni to have like crunchy edges, it tastes more concentrated and good like crispy bacon. but i guess its a preference. when i ordered a pizza in Chicago i asked for a layer of pepperoni on top of the sauce so it could get nice n crispy edges.
