He probably isn't the best as Buffon is the worlds best goalkeeper. That's the fact unlike what all kiddo Madridistas say because Casillas isn't the best. However in the Champions league final against Juve in 2003 it was Dida who prooved that he was the best goalie of Buffon and Dida. Dida pulled of more saves and one more penalty in the penalty shoot out of the CL final 2003. Dida was the best goalkeeper from 2000 to 2006 or so probably with Buffon but at times he was a little better than him.

Dida may done a big mistake against Real Madrid or maybe 2 but since then he has been SENSATIONAL! Against Chievo he was great, especially his crazy last minute save. Against Napoli he was amazing as well with like 2-3x double/tripple saves and against Parma he was amazing too. I think he had some trouble with his life and his self-confidence and everything was on 0. After his Chievo game he got support from teammates, fans and everyone and since then he has been crazy. Dida is back watch out!
