That game in the beginning with the stick figure jumping and growing plants was used on the 3DS as a music visualizer, of course they wouldn't even tell you that it came from an awesome game like Rhythm Tengoku.
i wanna play rythym paradise and that white stick guy jumping on the flowers is seen on the dazzles if u get the special move down wen a bunch of either sheep or stars appear. u hav to look for him tho
You know, I never realized how much Rhythm Heaven and Rhythm Tengoku have in common, like Karate man, Space Soccer(Space dancer), Built to scale(some game on there), and many others. It even has the same practice theme!
Fun fact about the button pressing quiz: rhythm nor what button is pressed actually don't matter as long as the number of presses are correct. As far as I know it's the only mini game like that.
@Reversinator its more of a quality over quantity type of thing meaning you have to mess up in certain parts rather than messing up a certain number of times eg. youre less likely to get an excellent if you mess up at the end rather than the beginning
I love this game, and it can be quite unforgiving. Most games simply require intuition only a few need definity explanation, and others require a certain timing delay. (MOst people got stuck with the drill sergeant and the japanese new years dance/clap.)
Most of them have you push A, and Rap Men is no exception. You time your button press when the yellow one brings his hands back down, about to his shoulders, and the number of times you press it depends on what the red guy says.
If the text is blue, you press A once. If it's purple, you press A, wait half a second, and press A again. If it's yellow, you press A twice quickly.
"apparently three mistakes isn't enough to make you 'Mediocre' :)"
Coming from Rhythm Heaven, that actually means something. :P

yes
Kaminer4545 2 years ago
No, Rhythm Heaven was called "Rhythm Tengoku Gold" in Japan, a sequel to "Rhythm Tengoku"
This video is from "Rhythm Tengoku" (without "Gold"), which hasn't even been released outside Japan.
