  • ooch you are so cool i have the raider and the mavrick and the training vid is the fireball or the raider 4 intermedate tricks like the brain twister

  • I was wondering how the yoyo xodus is? Could u tell me I am interested in buying?

  • Unfortunately, the Xodus II is not currently available.

Here is some information on the Xodus II:

  • The Yomega® Xodus II is designed for string tricks but more specifically for a style of play called “off string”. It has a very wide profile to catch the sting and contains a steel ball bearing to deliver long spin times. Its rubber rims are engineered to protect the yo-yo from ground contact.

  • Interesting man~ Thank you~

  • hmmmooch which is best looping yoyo, the raider or raider ex

  • Raider EX

  • Can the yomega raider do all the looping and string tricks like the fireball?

  • Yes, the Raider can do all the looping and string trick like the Fireball. For more advanced looping tricks the Raider EX comes with color coded spacers in different sizes.

  • hi i wont to no where to get string for my yomega

  • hi i wont to no where to get string for my yomega in canada

  • If you email info@yomega.com with your location in Canada they can help you find a retailer in your area.

  • whts the difference between raider and raider ex

  • is it good for string tricks

  • which is better a yomega fireball, or raider?

  • @Winstonflameboy If you've advanced in your play, the Raider is the best choice.

  • @Winstonflameboy maverick maverik is the best

  • @Winstonflameboy raider of coures it cost more and sleeps longer

  • Is it OK if I throw the yoyo into a sleeper and the yoyo is at a slight angle, and the string is touching the inside of the yoyo?

  • @stebonius17 To help center your throw and avoid the yoyo going on an angle, place the string on your middle finger between the last two knuckles. Make a muscle and throw it down evenly. You'll get it with practice.

  • @yomegacorp also, since i started playing with my yo-yo more consistently, the string always scrapes the edge of my finger, and the skin is all broken. and im using the slip knot and everything, so am i doing something wrong?

  • @stebonius17 you want to place the stirng between the last two knuckles on your middle / index finger. Make sure the string knot is facing downward and not upward. Also, to protect your finger, try putting a bandaid or medical tape on your skin prior to playing. For more technical help, contact info@yomega.com

  • how would i fix a nonresponsive raider, and how many loops should i put around the bearing for looping?

  • @stebonius17 A Raider that is non repsonsive requires some lube on its bearing. Use Yomega lube, baby or mineral oil. As for stringing, one loop works well. Other types of stringing for looping tricks is really personal preference.

  • Is the raider good for string tricks (ex. Trapeze?) and should i double or single loop the string on the bearing.

  • @NecromancerSteve You can certainly do the Trapeze with a Raider but for most string tricks you want to use a wing shaped yoyo like a Maverick or Dash. The Raider is best for looping tricks. For a Raider, I would recommend just a single loop over the axle.

  • @yomegacorp Thanks!

  • OK, I have been trying the Trapeze trick over and over for like 3 weeks, and the yoyo barely ever lands on the string (i have a raider.) It ususally goes behind the string. And when it does land, the string gets tangled inside. And for some reason it is nonresponsive too, even after I use the lube. Should I double loop the string around the bearing or single loop it? And any reccomendations for my trapeze problem?

  • Hi, i have 3 little questions: 1rst, whats the best way to trow the raider?

Everytime i trow him its starts to cirkle. And second, if i yoyo like more than 15min my finger hurts for the whole week...

    Does there exist special strings?

I have the brain, the raider and the DVD but i want to buy a good wing shape yoyo Whats the best wing shape yoyo?

    Please responce

  • im new at yoyoing but i want to know which one sleeps longer the hot shot or the raider

  • im new at yoyoing but i want to know which one sleeps longer the hot shot or the raider

  • @db0lover Since the Raider is designed for looping and general play, and the Hot Shot is designed for advanced string trick play, the Hot Shot should spin longer.

  • should i get a raider or a raider ex?

  • my next yoyo is a raider. im on a fireball right now. one of the best yoyos i ever used. its simple, its good for spinning, and its relieible. the raider looks awesome though!

  • cool i just ordered one should be coming soon

  • does the raider spin longer, or the fireball?

  • @cloysterX418 The Raider will spin longer because it is a ball bearing yoyo. The Fireball transaxle is a good spinner but not as good as a Raider.

  • @mabeto5 to loop a Raider you will need to provide it with a strong throw. For more on how to loop, watch the Yomega Mania DVD or visit the trick section at yomega.com

  • how do you do these tricks without losing speed? when i try doing it, it starts losing speed really quickly and eventually have to rewind it back by hand?

  • @cloysterX418 when you are looping a yoyo you need to provide a significant amount of energy (speed) to the yoyo so it returns well to your hand when called. Also, in general, yoyos like the Raider and Raider Ex are made for looping tricks while the Maverick and Dash yoyos are made for string tricks.

  • shall i buy this one or the power brain xp? which one is better?

  • @roeltje26 it really depends on your skill set. If your a beginner and want to learn the basics the XP is a great fit. If you already have some skills and want to take on a great looping yoyo then the Raider or Raider Ex will work best for you.

  • if i only want ot buy 1 yoyo...should i buy this one or should i buy the Power Brain XP?

  • do you really need a loob for the raider

  • everytime i throw it to sleep it shoots back up really fast. What is wrong with it?

  • @bobbleheadz12 if your Raider yoyo doesnt sleep and snaps back quick you most likely have a knot or pinched string. restring and retry. also make sure you have the parts in correctly.

  • HEY OUCH! what do you recommend hot shot or maverick

  • @rockbandboy101 I love the Maverick and Hot Shot so its your choice.

  • ha he hit the sealing in the begining

  • i have a x brain i recomend it for begginers

  • i got it today, ad it is really good!!!! it has great sleeping time!!! awesome yoyo

  • he hit the roof with his yoyo

  • how yoyo is best rader o saber raider?

  • Raider was my first yoyo

  • its tough to do any string tricks with, i just bought one. but man is it great for looping. buy a butterfly too if you want string tricks

  • u are FUNNY

  • about 30 secs to a 1 min. the record however is about 2 and a half minutes

  • hey want to be friends i got my yomega raider today its awesome and can i be on team yomega to be in competitions

  • How long does it sleep

  • @vorticalthrower ü got the ex?

  • hey can you do split the atom with the yomega fireball i have one and i cant land it on the string

  • ya its hard tho and takes practice you might wanna do it with a butterfly type of yoyo the brain xp wing is good cuz you can turn the shocks on and off

  • where do i buy it from and how much does it cost?

  • hey, would you prefer the fireball, or that one? im 13, and i want one that could spin a while, and do some good tricks.

  • the olny dif between a fire ball and a raider is the raider has a bearing and the fire ball dosen't. so definately the rider
