Beautiful music and tribute to your horse. I lost my horse just one month after you lost yours. I had her for three years and the trust we had between us only people like you can understand. @MISSYINDEPENDENT0650 Well.. a LOT of practice, balance and hugging the horse with my legs.. It took me years to have good enough balance to be able to do this. But, its also just a lot of trust in my horse too..

haha. Ya. When I try riding pony's bareback (because they are SOO much bouncier to trot) I always bounce around- so usually then I resort to holding the mane and neck reigning! lol

Im so sorry for your loss of Brenna, this video inspired me so much to have kids in the summer ride horses and the money will go to a foundation i can find to save horses lives. I know the one thing I brought out of my experience with Brenna is the fact that I want to have a TB (specifically race horse) rescue.. for other horses like her. who are amazing horses, if given the chance in life. I also want to have high risk youth out working with the horses.. so i can help them as well. Like you said.. idk when it will happen. But, eventually it will. :)

I feel for you my friends Arabian feel when he reared up in his pasture and fell backwards and broke his withers and his back. My friend has had him for 8 years she cryer so hard made me want to cry. I would never hurt any horse, especially him, and that girl knew it, and her mom (His owner) knew it, and they still blamed me, so I decided that even though I practically trained him (He was so green when I started riding him) and that even though I knew he loved me more then anyone, I won't put him through it anymore, and I won't put myself through it either. It wasn't fair to either of us and I miss him so much I'm crying typing this.

Horse people can be some of the nicest, and some of the cruelest people on the planet.

The pain of loosing a horse is probably the hardest thing ive gone through.... I cried for 2 days straight. And for weeks after. You can always find another horse, but its NEVER the same......

She slipped into a wooden fence post in our north feild and broke her neck,

Im so sorry, i recently lost my 8 year old Warmblood. So i know what your going through, the trainer i sold him too put side reins on him and i told her not to and he flipped over and cut his neck and bled out and no Vets could made it in time. So i found out the neighbor had to shoot him to take him out of his pain. So i know what your going through and trust me it will get better!!

A state trooper was driving (u hum, speeding) down the road, and somehow hit her.. never breaked or tried avoiding her. (atleast that there is evidence of) But. Hit her so hard her front legs had compound fractures... and she went over the hood.. oh. did I meantion its only 40 mph in front of my house???

Sorry to sound hostile at all.. I really do appreciate all police do. And stuff. But. I was extremely close to my horse, its like if I had a child, and he hit and killed them...

Katy, I am so so sorry. It made me think of my own horse dying. And it breaks my heart. your video made me close to tears. And gave me chills. It doesn't seem real, and didn't when my last horse died of cancer. It takes a part of you with them, or a huge part.

And i am sincerely sorry for your loss, I can't believe it's really true.
