Great! Very inspirational video. My teacher, Dr. and Master Zhi Gang Sha, is the 373rd lineage holder of Peng Zu, the teacher of Lao Tzu. Peng Zu founded the Taoist lineage known for longevity and rejuvenation secrets. He is reputed to have lived 880 years. In China, he is known as the "long life star."
