I used to have a lights and sound 18-wheeler semi truck and police car (they were pretty big) that you would put little droplets of REAL oil into a little hole, and that would make the smoke come out of the exhaust...

They were around in the late 90's or so...

I see them at Goodwill from time to time...

There was a think from the 60's I had as a kid. (I'm 14 now.) it was a little counter stove and when you turned the knob, it would start smoking just like that car. Worst part about it?  It took 8 D batteries.

Smoking toys are fail, a few years back I was playing with my baby cousins and decided it would be fun to take the smoke into my mouth (thought it was water vapor since it was for 2 year olds =/) to blow it on them and my brain was literally a rock for about a month as in I could not easily create a voice in my head or recall memory that easily.

Sandboxes, swings, and crappy plastic toys bolted to the ground (like slides that are only about 2 or 3 feet high, or animals to sit on that don't even move).

And there's some places that are even taking out the swings as well.
