What's the setting of your delay? I use Zoom G2.1u and a PRS guitar and though I got a U2 patch, my ears tell me that yours is much-much-much better! Help!!!

No, it's a Korean Squire Strat from, I think, the early eighties. It weighs a good deal more than more recent models. I paid £130 for it back in 1991. I think it's a great guitar and feels like a Fender model (I have now bought a Mexican 1970s reissue Fender Strat). I will use the Squire on my Stuck In A Moment video in the near future. Cheers!

Yes, sometimes holding certain chord positions can be a killer but I'n pretty used to it now. At first the strumming in Where The Streets HNN wrecked my right wrist but it's now well seasoned and can cope well. Thanks and Peace!!

I play guitar in a u2 cover in italy, YOU ARE GREAT! Sounds and note are excellent. A question: Herdim blue picks? :) That's the real secret of edge's sound.

Sure, to get THAT Edge chime you need the right kind of picks, the Herdims. There are other picks that come close but the Herdims are the best. Edge uses them himself to get his signature sound.

Hi there and thanks!! This delay was set to 450ms with a level of about 60 or 70. There are about 3 or 4 repeats. I based the delay on the 1987 live versions. Edge uses slightly less delay these days. I prefer the the 80s version. Cheers!

No I don't think so. There have been many differing 'sounds' for this song live over the years from the good man, some stronger, some softer even different delay timings. Also the crappy microphone on the webcam alters the sound somewhat making it distort. Allowances have to be made. Perhaps you could display your obvious guitar skills and upload a video of yourself teaching the rest of us how to play this song. I would like that!

The delay is 450ms fairly strong level and about three repeats. I would be greedy and want to play Streets and then tell Edge he couldn't have his Strat back and launch into Pride as he walked sulkily off the stage. Cool!! ;->
