Sadly, they won't unless money grows from trees, gold mines itself, and no inflation is present to screw it all up. People need to work and the government is not very helpful; by expanding government we are expanding inefficiency and bureaucracy. Let us fend for ourselves, we are not little anymore. This whole 95% tax rebate deal is luring the ignorant in by the masses. Little do they realize that, the majority of that "5%" are big important thriving business.
