  • hey excellent video, i also juice i use the HUROM juicer it works so much better than my other juicers i have just thought you might like to save some money and upgrade the quality of juice.

  • I still continue to reflect on this video. Its' a valid countermeasure to the hydra that is junk-food.

  • Look up Dr. Sebi and learn from that man!

  • God gave us everything we need in nature to maintain our health :) and you can look at certain vegetables/fruits and see what part of the body they would be most beneficial for. koolvedge, check our "God's pharmacy", it goes into a little detail about it. glory to God! :)

  • This video is a genuine remedy to the junk-food problem.

  • I will obtain a miscellaneous menu of fruits and vegetables to drink from. This video is what identifies rational life rather than a specious life for oneself.

  • This video is very knowledgeable after having to put up with ignorant individuals that attempt to force their junk food eating habits on others.

  • Thank you for this beautiful video :)

  • "Life in a bottle" sounds delicious :)

  • I remember the time I ate a whole cabbage cooked, It filled me up and aided me in ridding my body of my acne.

  • Your preferences in your foods are identical to mine ^_^

  • Good eating, thumbs up!

  • liked it, thumbs up!

  • well done, thumbs up

  • Amazing as always! Thumbs up!

  • thumbs up

  • nice job! i really do love your videos! thumbs up!!!

  • Very Well Done! Thumbs Up!

  • One of the best videos I have ever watched as far as knowledge and importance goes. Thank you so much for sharing this with us all~! * many blessings and Peace,

    John

  • You have motivated me so much in this video to go back (soley) to my fruit and vegetable regimen. Eye became a vegan for a while and my weight loss was GREAT but eye let peer pressure got to me smh So much of our foods contain sugar which is really a detriment to our health and cancer causing in the long run. If they advertised about fruit and vegetables rather than all the fast food garbage, we'd have a lot more healthier people in the world today!

  • You know my favorite candy from nature is Kaki (sharon fruit) delicious! Thanks for this vid <3

  • THAT IS FOOD! man does it look good, i eat the same way now and its amazing! raw real food is the way! good video much love

  • How long does a juice in a bottle last for??? hit me up asap..

  • @TwoneXCeLZ 1 to 2 days, at most. -Jay Kordich would be more of an expert on this but this is what I've found out thru research and personal reality

  • @Koolvedge Damn that was a quick response, well thats longer than i expected. So i'm guessing to use a glass bottle and not plastic, and refrigerate when not being used. thanks for the info, i'll see you in the nutrition field lol

  • @TwoneXCeLZ Yes, Glass is always better. I'd recommend clear - Peace

  • Great video..great videoS actually ; )

I find it is as important to buy locally and to eat what's in season. Otherwise i feel like an oil vampire and a globalist collaborator.

  • greetings. Have you read the 80 10 10 diet by dr. doug graham?

  • @thearl77 Yes, his book very good for many who are starting to change their eating habits for the better. Very inspirational.

  • don't forget the almonds and other nuts that make up a balanced diet!

(i love this video by the way)

  • @xblackxsailsx Thank you

  • Great video ! thank you for share this very interesting video, Thumbs up !!

  • @Watchyou2008 Thank you so much :)

  • diet means: the food you intake. Sadly society makes it sound like u dont eat, or limit ur food and so on. Diet =Food. Diet can also be junkfood. Its just a term. Basically one can say, what food are u intaking. (As.. what Diet are you on) Natures food is amazing. We are lucky in denmark, are not corrupted as much as the US. We still eat alof of vegies, fruit, rye bread and a good diet :)

  • @chabella123 Denmark sounds like a great place. Maybe the next time I am in Amsterdam I will visit to experience the beauty :)

  • Thanks for the fascinating video....

    very interesting.

    5 stars ***** :)

  • @IamHelenKeller Thank you

  • @Koolvedge ever heard of the trivium and quadrivium education?

  • @Katharsis540 Yes, I have heard of them, one seems to come from another or so they say. Fascinating knowledge.

  • Excellent viddie. I'm a cook, very well too. I'm getting father away from meet these days. My daughter is also getting into better eating habits. Thank you for this vid.! I rated, commented and faved.

  • @daisytg1 Thank you dearly. I'm glad to hear this. Your vids are extremely thought provoking and look at the many things missed by the ordinary.

  • @Koolvedge Thank you so much.

  • Are you a raw foodist or vegan? I'm vegan transitioning to raw, and trying to learn to do foods and meals with my dehydrator.

  • @Malkiarising1 I was a vegan for a long while, but now I'm a vegetarian who eats a lot of raw foods daily :) I may go back to being vegan again tho :) The reason was just relaxing and not being too serious. Sometimes I eat something with an ingredient that isn't the best, but the main thing is to enjoy life and do what I can, where I am, with what I have :) Thank you for your comments :)

  • Glad to see Gary Null isn't the only healthy vegan voice around the world. Good video.

  • @TwoneXCeLZ Thanks :)

  • I love your video Koolvedge. <3 AC

  • @AquarielCharms Thank you :)

  • im featuring this :)

  • @jakluk4 :)

  • I meant if you needed a degree to do carpentry.

  • @DrBakshandeh It's a test for certification to be a contractor, very easy :)

  • @Koolvedge Why all of a sudden from the military to carpentry?

  • @DrBakshandeh Change my friend, change. Sometimes we need to do different things to expand.

  • @Koolvedge true and me and you both believe that change should not be brought on by an institution but, by our own motivation.

  • Do you eat Kosher? Just Curious.

  • @DrBakshandeh I try to eat mostly organic, or just fresh raw foods. No college degree needed. Just research natural foods.

  • @Koolvedge - same here Koolvedge. I eat everything organic. I stopped eating meat several years ago & the money I save which is substantial, I can pay the extra for organic. One of my staples is Quinoa organic either the Seta Farms or Ancient Harvest brands. I'd suggest joining NaturalNews(.)com lots of health info about foods, beverages & news. "TheHealthRanger" is the Natural News channel.

  • @AquarielCharms also, I like that you use glass, stainless steel instead of plastic which I also steer clear plastics & teflon & microwave ovens.

  • This vid, doesn't make me hungry, it makes me thirsty. I am happy you make juice, because there are a lot of healthy foods that I don't like to eat, but mixed as a juice, fine. Are you a vegetarian? Cause I can't do that. I'm a vegaquarium, I eat fish, but no red meat. Cheers.

  • i grew up eating candy and now im raising my kids the same way becasue its easier. Half of my family is over weight and or diabetic. I never realized how bad we are eating and living. I exercise and am somewhat fit but WOW. i had no idea. THANKS for these vids man,,, seriously.

  • This is the type of music that inspires my music. Check it out on my youtube channel here: The333rd

Please subscribe and watch our videos!!

  • i love this!!! fresh organic fruit and veggies!!!

  • do you have a job? and if not, how do you make money to buy all your nice food?

just curious..i just wanna know what you do for a living

    I love your videos!

  • @xblackxsailsx of course, i do all grades of carpentry, im a liscenced dismantling mechanic, nd I homeschool many teens. Fruits and veggies are not as expensive as body parts in the supermarket. Choices that we make can easily allow one to obtain what is on this table :)

  • @Koolvedge Did you need a college degree for that.

  • When my kids want treats, they go for pears and pineapple... it's true that it's natures candy. My 6-year-old begs for green juice. I only wish I could live in the tropics and grow my fruit myself... for now I'm in New Jersey and have to settle for all my yummy vegetables.

  • You should start growing your own food now dude, vegetables and fruits are being geneticaly mutated at an alarming way

  • Where do you get these vegetables from?

  • I acquire them from a variety of places. Many different markets, growers, and sometimes family.

  • Markets?

  • @PGONeDeep4life Yes, the place where they sell items from exploited peoples and countries.

  • Could you give me some specifics as to where I could find these places?

  • Any grocery store that sells fresh produce should let you know where it came from. Grapes from Chile {aren't good unless they're organic, and then the question arises if they really are?} A lot of citrus from Cali or Florida should be there. Asian markets in the city have produce not seen in basic markets. There's a multitude of places to find "fresh-real" food. Unprocessed and raw. Wherever it's grown may not give the people fair trade, and that would be the next step. Supporting locally grown.

  • What do you think about frozen mixed vegetables?

  • It depends on what we're comparing the to.... compared to any processed junk food>the frozen vegetables are better. another thing is if they have hidden ingredients {non-organic, type of freezing technique, etc.} Compared to fresh vegetables>fresh are always better, raw-even better. If you have a chance, check a book called, "Drugs Masquerading as Foods" I think you'll like it, a lot! Believe me, this book is something you will appreciate.

  • I feel you.

  • great video, seriously.

  • i've always loved fruits and vegetables. i thought i was a weird kid because most hated their spinach and broccoli, but i loved eating all my spinach and broccoli. thanks for the great information.

  • I needed to be reminded how beautiful Gods bounty is, thank very much for this video!

    ~Kev~

  • Thank you so much for sharing this powerful information koolvedge. I'm definitely going to eat plenty of these vegetable daily.

  • Brother, this video is so beautiful. I watched it with a smile.

  • Beautiful! you make food look good :0)

  • Great video, I'm inspired to try to make some dishes and juice with fruits and vegetables.

  • 0:57...that was beautiful =D - I made my first batch of "cheezy" kale chips last night, and they are DELICIOUS! Then I had a nice kale/parsley/celery/spinach/pear juice this morning, and WHOOOOOO! I feel ALIVE, baby!

Right on about language...I do my best not to DIE-t (hmmm, I just thought of the "t" representing the cross, coupled with "die"...interesting)

  • Great presentation on this video, my Brother. You have a strong presence, and know what you're talking about. We do need to learn the way our bodies work, in order to better access any ailments that might manifest.

Keep it up, and MUCH LOVE! =D

  • yay! nice one. beets w/ greens, apple and carrot is my fav!

  • powerful

  • Loved the visual display. Just as a side note, do you speak or know any bits of any languages other than English? :)

  • I can say greetings in about 20.

  • Cool stuff. Learning languages is one of the most rewarding experiences that I know of.

  • i like this video it is very informative as all your videos are the tip about learning phrases in other languages is good i do that to

  • Awesome information!

  • cannabis cures cancer also ,and that is a plant also ..peace

  • Thank you. I bury the pulp in the backyard for now, to feed it back to the Earth, but I'm contemplating a worm casting composting business. It would be nice to turn this pulp into that rich dark compost to grow some organic plants. Maybe it could have even great implications with farming?

  • Maybe take it to trade at Farmers Market. Great vid.

  • Excellent!

What do you do with the pulp leftover after juicing?
