Wow!!! I do like to give credit where credit is due. Even if you weren't 14 your voice would still be brilliant. You've got the voice, but something is lacking. It's that soul and emotion that turns a great singer into a brilliant singer. It gives someone that 'x-factor' that people can't take their eyes away from. Find that in yourself, and people won't be able to take their eyes off of you. You're so young though, it'll develop I'm sure. You will have no trouble finding a career in music. :)
