Sharon easily had the best category that year, and I still think Brenda was the best singer on x factor ever. She's absolutely amazing, and she deserved to win, not Shane Ward, or even Andy Abraham, Brenda was the star of that year.

It was just FIX when Brenda left. Same with Maria from that year. I just think they wanted to pave away the competition for Shayne 2 win. Don't get me wrong, Shayne has a fantastic voice too & was a worthy winner but He's just not as good as the likes of Maria & Brenda.

@cassidygirl59 Everyone knows that the true XFactor 2005 winner was Maria Lawson, but because they thought Shayne would grab them more money because of being (in the judges opinion) "hot" and turn into the new justin timberlake, I am male, but darm!! Boys that win xfactor we NEVER hear from them again, but LEONA LEWIS AND ALEXANDRA BURKE are successful!!!!!
