Yes this song is about Mia (Bulimia) and Ana (Anorexia) but for those of us who have an eating disorder, it's a very thought provoking song and the end is quite powerful. Referring to some comment someone made about the dong meaning: You cant blame someone for pointing out what the song is about. I mean, then you'd have to blame the songwriter if anyone. And thats just stupid! No matter why you like it, it's a great song and his voice is just amazing.

This is the song that made me fall in love with Ted Leo's music. I found this song on a MP3 player that bought one day. Absolutely no idea who it got there but I AM SO FUCKING GLAD IT WAS! TED LEO IS THE FUCKING BEST INDIE ROCKER ALIVE!
