yes it does. and it's a pretty damn good one too. In fact there was a demo of a guy making a porffessional quality map with the 360 editor in one hour.

Put disc in, go to: Computer - D: drive - right click: Explore, double click on Executables and double click on FC2Editor and it will open the editor for you. You may wanna right click on the editor icon and send to desktop to create shortcut.

Hope this helped mate, the editor is fantastic. The far cry one is so simple to use. I hope all games start doing this but let you make single player maps too

use the noise option. the symbol looks like a heart rate monitor with arrows

I have made two maps on the Xbox 360 version, one took me 3 Hours to make and looks ok... another one that I am still in the works took me 6 hours to make and still I am making it... If someone says to you that they have finished making a map in under 3 hours, don't even bother joining it, because it will be a complete waste of time because the map will suck.

Depends on the experience of the mapper and on what the creator is trying to make but ye decend stuff takes allot of time.

I also know a guy that has been spending 4 days on one of his maps, and he is only quarter way done. Making maps deserve a great deal of time and effort, with very good knowledge of your surroundings that you are playing in, and how people would see the environment of a different perspective.

If you got it on Steam then go to

"C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\f­ar cry 2\bin\FC2Editor.exe"

If you got it at a retailer then I'm not sure but it's probably the same except you'd go to "C:\Program Files\Ubi Soft\Games\far cry 2\bin\FC2Editor.exe"

You do not need to install it separately it automatically gets installed.

The map editor is exactly the same as the Xbox 360 & PS3 but with a difference interface.

The map editor is also user friendly which means anyone can make a map.

yes!!! its on xbox 360, ps3, and PC. The only difference between the two is the interface. THe objects and things you can do are exactly the same on consoles as pc's, as I said.

You can place lights as one of the many objects, by the way.
