  • crazzy song ! beat gets me lost tho

  • solid, nice start, needs bass though

  • @live2ski4powder Thanks. This was 4 years ago, so I'm not sure if that will ever get done.

  • Ok but where did u get the loops?

  • @999AWC I made the loops.

  • HOLY FUCK THAT'S A NICE SONG! BUT TAKE OFF THE PART WHERE THE GUY SPEAK K?

  • @999AWC No.

  • SICK

  • @mrn0name123 Thanks.

  • dude this is rlly good

  • Thanks.

  • Available for download?? Thats a hot beat and i want it. haha

  • Message me your email.

  • Yeah i agree.. this is sick!

  • awesome!

could use a little more instruments and more bassy stuff, but still great.

Check out my beats on my channel!

  • Can you upload it? :D

  • Referring to ___?

  • how do u make loops like this??? haha its really good!!

  • Just play with the program.

  • nice job guy I like it! ;)

  • Thanks.

  • dope beat man. working on one myself using garageband. you should throw in maybe just a little more synths for texture. give it some vocals and your set.

  • Thanks.

  • wasnt expecting that. . . nice beat though

  • Thanks.

  • i need to post some of my beats i made wit loops..maybe i can get those views

  • Hahaha...funny how a computer created loop type song gives you one of your highest vied vids. Crazy huh? I use loops to create more conventional, large productions but it's sure cool what we can do wit these apps. Great post neway! I give it 5. Cheers. ~Max

  • It is rather ironic.

  • It's a joke, like people would be expecting the other song. It's not like I'm claiming that I invented the intro . . .

  • 5/5!

  • I respect anyone who doesn't use the apple loops. As you can see in my videos, I don't.

  • Hey man nice beat.... When you do a rough beat and it doesnt sound consistent what do you do? please help me.

I make a beat but it doesnt sound smooth throughout the song because i use Musical Typing... im trying to make the whole thing well timed... if you know how a way then please help me out.

    Peace

    Wreks One

  • You can move the notes around in the loop and make sure they're aligned/timed right after you do the musical typing.

  • u make pretty good beats but do u play the keyboard to make all ur sounds??????????????

  • Thanks. Just the computer.

  • Your real good continue making beats dude its god watching so I can kinda see how to do it Thnaks bro

  • Thanks. I don't have any more planned, but if I do, I'll upload it.

  • thanks you should! you have real skill dude!

  • Funky!! This video was enlightening. I make garageband jams that do not have loops. Maybe by repeating the best part of the jam in a loop it would improve the jam? I wonder.

  • how do you keep repeating the music?...i tried but it sounds off...like, i know you can drag the loop to extend it and make it repeat it self but i think im doing it wrong?

  • The first loop has to be the right length so that the end leads into the beginning when you drag and loop it.

  • what instruments did u use

  • I started with standard stuff like the Hip Hop Kit but I changed all of the settings.

  • THAT IS SSOOOO SIK! I WISH I DID THAT!

  • Thanks.

  • that's a good beat bro. I bought a program called idrum for making custom beats, it works very well.

  • Thanks. Congrats on your software.

  • how is that beat called you use? dope beat bro

  • It's custom.

  • how do you make your own loops Hombre3000? dope beat by the way

  • Apple-click on empty space and it gives you a blank loop.

  • Where can I get loops for my garage band? Logic 8? Logic express? I need more loops.

  • You can buy Jam Packs or you can make your own loops like I did.

  • Thanks man your track is pretty cool. Hopefully I'll get as nice as you putting things together. I'm gonna get that jam pack tonight.

  • not feelin it, no progression. lacks flavor.

  • I see what you mean. It does progress a little but it's not good.

  • it's hip hop man!!!! Listen to Xxplosive, Still Dre, or The Next Episode by Dr. Dre, they have no progression at all and they're dope as hell!

  • Good job!

  • a bit wierd made so 3 out 5 but if better orginzed would give btter

  • i cant believe people are saying they would buy this on itunes this is poop

  • you should turn up the bass and then make an mp3 that people can download

  • what drum kit is that? and in what octave did you play it? i've tried to make something like that forever, and i can't seem to get it.

  • Hip Hop Kit, and octave with which instrument?

  • could uget this on an computer or is just for the mac?

  • What, Garageband? Mac only.

  • if this was on iTunes i would totally buy it, you should make more.

  • I just uploaded another one.

  • that beat is of tha chain!!!

  • Thanks!

  • pretty good!

  • Thanks.

  • it's a good beat, but the intro kinda threw me off, because it doesn't match the tempo of the song, you see?

But overall, it's a good beat! Keep on working at it!

  • It's a joke on another song, ever heard the song "Ballin'?"

  • its ok a bit inconsistent tho if u get me.

  • Not really.

  • what you dont get me or you dont agree with me??

  • I don't agree.

  • well then u obviously cant take criticism you narrow minded fuck, how do you think you will ever improve.

  • Ok, cool. I don't do this very often, and I don't care very much about it. I don't think it's "inconsistent" however you mean that. I happen to be an accomplished drummer, so I do have half a sense of rhythm.

  • YEEEEEAAAAAA BOY!

  • Word.

  • pretty sweet stuff

  • Thanks.

  • were you singing at the beggining

  • No, that's a sample.

  • Pretty sick sounding. Im in the process of playing around with garageband to create beats.

  • Thanks. It's fun stuff.

  • i have just started using gargage band and how the hell do u put vocal samples on there????

  • there are two buttons on the right side, in the middle of the screen. just click one of them, lol Im too lazy to open my GB right now, but it is one of them and and side bar will open with your iTunes and you just grab the track and drag it in the timeline

  • cool cheers dude, i have been wondering for ages how 2 do that.

    peace

  • no problem

  • I don't think this is very good. As a matter of fact it is easy to create such a beat. but nice try.

  • I care very little about both you and your opinion.

  • shut the fuck up, bitch. id like to see you make a beat better than this. suck a fat one, bastard.

  • no need 4 all this foul language, mr. duck.

  • if you like this you'll like my stuff as well ;-)

i usualy dont use loops i'm working with garageband too

and i think using loops is boring

    nice beat ;-)

  • WOW! I could never make music like that. I preferre electric guitar(not from garage band.)

  • Haha, I don't know if I can call it music, but thanks.

I prefer drums (like my other videos).

  • jeez i look at that beat track... your fingers must be rly coordinated i always have to put the different parts of my beats on different tracks.

    nice job

  • I don't really play it, I just write it out with my mouse on the computer.

  • as if. it is called SAMPLES. you have not done anything so don't take credit for this pile of crap.

  • Wrong. I created it from scratch, but I didn't have to play it in real time to do that.

  • Haha, thanks. Glad to help. Good luck!

  • thx so much!! and yea dirt means great! ive bben trying to get that "missing thing" and its deffinately the clap!!!!!!

  • wait what do you mean....where is it?

  • Create a loop and when you choose the instrument, choose "Hip Hop Kit." When you start making notes, one of them can be a handclap.

  • this is dirt! nice job.....how do you get the handclap??!!

  • Dirt? Is that good?

The handclap is one of the stock "sounds."

  • BTW im about to get new aluminum macbook and im going to use it much at home and i wanna know if any spears fits it coz i got hell loud monster spears in this pc

  • You mean speakers? Yeah . . .

  • waaaaaaaaaccccccccckkkkkkkk!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Hahaha, fair enough.

  • didnt like the beet AT ALL it got my head like rocking back and forth then....whats this? dang it i missed a beet...or is it just a offset beet on purpose?! 0.o :)

  • Sorry to hear it. It does all makes musical sense - I've played the drums for 10 years now . . . maybe you just don't have an ear for rhythm.

  • use the stock beats as they are, or use them as templates. if i made all my beats my mouse clicker would be f@*cked. they're royalty free, so even apple dont care. music snobs piss me off. if its good appreciate it! god knows there is enough shit out there. anyway, i liked it

  • I don't even use them as templates. I delete all the notes until it's blank. I just put in a stock beat so that I have room to work - it's like taking a piece of paper and erasing everything so you can write on it.

    Thanks.

  • just incase you dont know, you dont have to put a stock beat in, then delete everything. you can just hold the cmd or the 'apple' button (depending on the mac system your rocking with) and click the mouse on the desired track to create a new blank region. might save you a bit of time.

  • Thanks! I never found out how to do that. That's a huge help!

  • thats cool man, not many people do know that for some reason. same with layering loops to the same region of an instrument. again, just incase you didnt know. duplicate the track, record, then select both regions, hold cmd/apple and press J. as long as they're green loops, they'll join, regardless of which track they're on. great for over dubbing piano lines

  • That's cool. Most of the time, I just write out the whole line, including harmonies or doubles, all at once.

  • mint!

  • u just put the alredy made beats (the default beats) and put them together, not that iimpressive

  • No, you're wrong. Plainly incorrect.

I made my own beats and put them together to make my own original song.

Made from scratch, dude. Maybe you should read the other comments that said exactly the same thing . . .

  • dude you are da BOAM!!

  • Thanks, man.

  • Did u use an arpeggio for the violins at 1:07

  • Not really an arpeggio. It goes up two notes and down two notes in the scale.

  • k, thanks. BTW, good beats

  • We use this program in music tech in my school

  • how do u make the strings in garageband?

    sounds nice

  • They're a normal instrument in the program. Look around.

  • nice

  • that was pretty gangster G

  • Thanks.

  • Love the synth.Whats it called and where is it in GB?

  • It's custom.

  • I'll message you.

  • not bad but the transition from the beginning to the chorus or whatever was super shitty

  • This was meant to parody "We Fly High" by Jim Jones, hence the identical intro . . . .

  • which apple mac do u have dude ?

  • MacBook.

  • that was actually really....BAD!!!

  • You're entitled to your opinion.

  • siiiiiiiccccck

  • Thanks.

  • Sweet, i just started on garageband today...i was bored and wanted to try it out. Maybe (if im lucky) ill be able to create a beat HALF as good as this one. Good job!

  • Hahaha, thanks! Just keep at it and try to learn about the program.

  • oh my gosh that sounds soo kool iu go hombre3000

  • Thanks.

  • wow... No loops? Thats pretty good.

  • Thanks.

  • BALLIN!

  • Thanks.

  • my key board is shaking and buzzing a lot of bass i like

  • Haha, thanks.

  • how do u make ur own loops? i have garageband....im not sure i understand....tight song by the way

  • Check the comments right next to you.

  • So if I understand correctly, you essentially rip a beat from another song, change it around to a point where you like it, and then build up.

That's genius. Thanks for the help!

  • No, I just take it so I have a blank loop to work with. I don't know how to create a blank loop, so I take a full one and delete everything. I do start from scratch.

  • Crazy.

I have Garageband, but the best I've ever done is basically an "arrangement" of some MIDI files. :P

How did you do this? What was the process?

  • Thanks.

First, I started with a given "beat" deleted all of the notes, to end up with a blank slate. I edited it until I had my own beat. I added each layer on top of that the same way, altering settings and instruments along the way.

  • i dont like the beginning but i liked the end

  • I understand. Thanks.

  • wasn't really feelin the beat.

  • Fair enough.

  • the sample at the beginnin is pretty cool, but the beat doesnt really match it though. good work anyway mate

  • Thanks. I thought it would be funny to put that in as the intro and make people think it was the other song.

  • thiz shit iz tight'

shut up creative something new wit

    flavor

    thiz the stuff.............

like a mind of itz own he doing things diffent
