@peanutbutterisfu From what I understand, it is made exclusively as a bridge position pickup. You could put one in the neck and adjust the height accordingly to attempt to balance it out. You can find them all over the internet. Gibson's website has it for around $165 and some change, but I did see it at one place for $96. Try Ebay, maybe? -=80) Hope this helps, brothaman.

like some one said your rig doisnt sound very good (or maybe it was the recording idk) but i seriously cant see why you puted a pickup like the dirty fingers on that guitar. its absolutly pointless because the dirty fingers is an extreme high output pickup that will in some cases take away some of the brightness of the guitar specially on the clean channel. i think for your style of playing a good mid-output PAF style would fit better

@HutchDano590 Dirty Fingers almost sound like hot-rodded Sh-4 JB's, The Dirty Fingers have more clarity than the burstbuckers and the pros it's also a little more nasally than the burstbuckers, some people say its too clear and doesnt have enough grit, but when you match it with say a Mesa Boogie Mark series, it sounds phenomenal!, The Dirty Fingers sounds nothing like the burstbuckers, but in a good way, Its got enough definition to hear the notes even through a Rectifier.

Dirty Fingers is a high gain pickup so you might wanna consider the burstbucker 3 if you want a powerful pickup. Bb3 is the most powerful of the Bb's. Surprisingly, I get very good Van Halen tones out of the Bb3 in my Les Paul BFG.

According to Gibson the Dirty fingers has a lot more output then the Bb3, something like 50% more. Check the website, it has a relative output comparison chart.

You shouldnt ever review guitar pickups with out outlinging what you are playing with (guitar: wood associated tonal parts), amp used (speaker size), settings used and you shouldnt even use any affects.

Strings used should also be mentioned because all this will affect the perception of what the pickups sound like.
