The animator, Barry Leith, is now our tutor at Norwich University College of the Arts, as well as doing man other things. He helps us make and animate our puppets and is amazing at what he does.

I grew up in S Wimbledon and when I was small my Dad fell over running on the common and broke his arm. He told me a Womble tripped him up and I believed him for years

I remember this when it was first shown. I laughed my head off when the "train" thunders past Uncle Bulgaria and crashes in the burrow. KInd of apt having Mr Perks from The Railway Children narrating this.

I;ve watched 1 of these episode before! This make me think of some of the disused railway gonna be preserved as steam railway! Like the Wombles were recreating the steam train!
