  • One thing to remember also is that You're habits make you who you are! If you're habit is to be lazy you're going be lazy, if you're habit is to work out and be healthy then you're going be healthy. Change your habits to successful ones and change your life. I like the motivational challenge each day because I think you have to be constantly vigilant in being aware of yourself and your feelings in order to change and be the best you! Keep up the good work!
