You did a good job on the video, First off because there was no music playing, and you give some info about things like the flaring, How hard it is to put sliders on, I would rather know up front it's going to take some time, Then think it might get done in a hour, and it takes a lot more. What is the top speed of the bike. That would be of interest to me, Even if I never do it. I don't like the digital gauges so much, But the 2012 650 has great gauges & the seat looks better. Ride safe, yl
great review man :) when you said it was heavy, I thought the CBR was much heavier than my SV it felt like trying to turn a boat in the corners, i agree with you completly too, when i comes to 600's twins and triples all the way :D
I'll keep my '08. Good exhaust and fuel mapping it gets a lot better. Aftermarket exhausts are all loud and short.Had to make my own.Longer exhaust length with a can does major improvement.Somebody offered that for the 650. Looks like the sv 's. One bad was the seat.Had to get it redone by Spencer.
Being a new rider would you recommend this bike for me?

Ain't having a full fairing (sorry bad english...french here) was a good thing no ? like for the wind...
Good review and NICE bike !

@Beauchee2 yes it is a very good thing for keeping the wind off of you. It's just very hard to take the fairings off if you want to repair the bike.

@Kurisusan89 Good thing it's a Kawasaki ...no need for repairs :-)

@IornDog91 yeah the cbr was pretty heavy, this thing feels similar but it handles better (yes better) than the cbr, atleast I think it does.
