This guide was only made with Rank 4, but that was pre-Incarna. There's a good chance these days that you may need longer links to your Extractor Heads, and so will use up more CPU/PG. So yes, unfortunately, you may need CCU-5 to do this now with a reasonable extraction rate.

Do my system work? I'm making rocket fuel. So I make extractors of ionic solution who give to a facilty who transform them into electrolytes, after I send this in a storage, same thing with suspended plasma extractors, who send to a facility who transform them into plasmoids and then to the storage. When my storage have alot of both, I use the storaged ressource to create the rocket fuel, then send it to the ComCen. But I can't create a route between my storage and my adv facility, help plz.

I'm not sure, but it may be because you are sending the P1 items (plasmoids, electrolytes) to the ComCen instead? What you can do is simply not use the ComCen. Route those two items from Storage to your Adv. Processor. Then route the Rocket Fuel back to your Storage. Or even route the Rocket Fuel to your ComCen. I hope this helps!

Hrm a good guide but i find your method of linking VERY inneficient. I prether to link all my close together extracters then use 1 moderatly long linking from the linked extracter to my hub (this link can be leveled up if needed) The way you do it requires many long links and thus takes up alot of PG and CPU

Oh, my mistake! I thought you were asking about the ComCen seeding. You are correct. The blueprints have already been seeded on the common market. :)

Question how are the Starbase and POS BPs being seeded? Ive heard LP rewards and normal market NPC seed can either be confirmed?

On Singularity, they are seeded on the common market. I haven't heard anything about changes for Tranquility yet, but I wouldn't be surprised if something different is done. However, at least the /basic/ ComCens must be seeded through the common market, otherwise they can't keep their promose of, "Even brand new players can do Planetary Interaction!"
