Don't worry because there is a new government coming soon and it is not human but heavenly, Daniel 2:44 it will crush and put an end to all earthly kingdoms and will stand to times indefinite, there maybe a limited war but god will not allow earth to be destroyed, for more info listen to Jehovahs witnesses, destruction will come upon the wicked, but the innocent will be saved, ask yourselves an important question , what does god want from me and pray to god to find the true religion?.

He is Georgian. He is American educated. I believe he received his law degree from Harvard.
His English is quite poor actually. I watched him talking on CNN during the invasion, and I had trouble understanding much of his speech.
