If you don't eat a lot in general,for a treat once every 2 months,that is good fun treat :) yummy. For overweight,obese,and diabetics. Not good. People need to know you can't live going to fast food places all the time like some do.. It caught up with my deceased husband. A treat,.but a way of life like some.Not good..
