Quietly and surrpetitiously Michael Ironside was truly a cast shadow figure that in many respects like Rutger Hauer starred in many 80's and early 90's films that gave them such suspense and credibility. I always liked his performances in Total Recall and Neon City.

Yes, Michael Ironside is fluent in the French language. He starred in a Canadian mini-series called "The Last Chapter" where he and rest of the cast had to speak both French and English.

Try to find this DVD, it's really great! Puts most American TV films to shame.
