Probably. Now I use a Mac so it is automatically black but, at least on after effects, you can change the theme in preferences

I did a picture of derek jeter with this, and when I used enough of the Gaussian blur it looked like a comic book drawing...very cool O.o

I used Photoshop CS3 Extended but you can use older versions for this (not sure how old though). When you say "open a file like your car" do you mean the way the car is small? I downloaded the car off some site on the internet and shrunk it. then, you can either right click on the file and choose open with photoshop or open the file in the "File" menu of Photoshop
