I finally got it off by using one of those gripper things and pushing down and away from the top of the phone. I took the battery out for like ten seconds, but it back in, and it worked fine. Good luck. =|

It's cute but it really sucks.  Mine froze up while trying to receive a pic message last night. It has been stuck on the same screen no matter what I do, and of COURSE the back of the phone is impossible to get off. So I can't even take the battery out to reset it. And it won't turn off. Great.

Hey, i have a question- How good is texting on this phone?

I currently have LG Cookie KP500 and I have to say, the texting sucks. I mean, everytime you press an alphabet on the screen, it takes fucking long to respond so you have to type way too slow.

So yeah, how does the lagging on texting on LG Chocolate compare to Iphone or LG cookie?
